Smart control module suitable for 2 small power DC motors drive (600+600W max. peak load)

- Plastic housing designed for DIN-rail mounting;
- Optoisolated CAN BUS interface equipped with a dual RJ10 4/4 connector;
- Peak and medium load current monitoring and limitation;
- Motor speed control using back-emf voltage reading;
- Motor position control using potentiometric, dynamometric or incremental encoder feedback;
- 5 logic optoisolated inputs that can be used as Enable or End of Span controls;
- 2 logic outputs that can be used as electromechanical brakes controls;
- An on board safety relay protects both motors outputs;
- Logic section power supply: 24V dc;
- Maximum motors drive voltage: 64V dc;
- Automatic generation of Ramp and GoTo facilities;
- Equipped with End of Span SW facility (When motor position feedback enabled) with in-ramp stop;
- The End of Span logic inputs can be used as manual controls;
- Short Circuit protection on motors outputs;
- All connections are made with unpluggable wiring blocks;

ComMon - Serial communications interface
monitor utility
ComMon is an utility program that allows to monitor a serial comms talk by using a (DOS) PC as a monitor.
The FreeWare version allows the simple monitoring and needs COM1 and COM2 ports to be wired
To use it is necessary the manufacturing of a serial communications cable as described in the wiring notes.

F2MC-16LX microcontrollers family
Experimental board for Fujitsu F2MC-16LX 16-bit microcontrollers family;

- Board dimensions (L x W x H): 120 x 81 x 25 mm
- The board can be factory equipped with different microcontrollers of the F2MC-16LX family;
- Switching power supply with 24V dc max. input voltage and 5V dc output that can be used to feed a maximum of 500mA to the FPB01 internal devices and to an external prototype board;
- Up to 2 CAN BUS optoiosolated interfaces, or one CAN BUS ed one RS485 interface, both equipped with a dual 10 pin Multipole + RJ10 4 pin connector;
- Up to 2 RS232 serial communications interfaces on 10 pin Multipole connector;
- EEPROM and RTC connected on I2C bus;
- Oscillator, reset circuit and all the necessary devices for a safe microcontroller startup;
- 2,54mm header connections of all microcontrollers ports are available to install this board on experimental equipments or production boards;
- Included software drivers and application hints, delivered with the corresponding source files on CD-ROM;
- All board connections are made with unpluggable wiring blocks;
